Reiki Healing

Reiki is a gentle and non-invasive energy healing modality that promotes holistic well-being. It involves the channeling of healing energy through the practitioner’s hands to the recipient. Reiki has been found to speed up the body’s natural healing processes, making it a valuable tool for individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic health conditions. During a Reiki session, recipients often experience deep relaxation, allowing their body and mind to enter a state of calmness and tranquility. The healing energy can bring about a tingling sensation or a warm feeling, further enhancing the overall sense of well-being.

Reiki Levels

Reiki is typically divided into different levels, with Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 being the foundational levels. 

Reiki 1 focuses on healing the physical body and can be beneficial for addressing issues such as headaches, shoulder pain, or general physical discomfort. On the other hand, Reiki 2 delves into the emotional and mental aspects, making it effective for relieving stress, sadness, trauma, and other emotional imbalances.  At this level, distant/remote healing will be introduced to the practitioners.

Who this course is for

Anyone with interest in Reiki healing. These two levels serve as the building blocks of Reiki practice and provide practitioners with a solid foundation for further growth and exploration.

Physical classes

• It is a 2 full days physical course from 10am to 5pm
• Medium of instruction : English / bilingual instruction in English and simple Chinese for those who prefer the option. Please notify the therapist on your prefer bilingual instruction before enrolment.
• Intakes per year : March, June, August, October
